This policy explains how data is collected, used, and protected when using the Logic Tech – Dynamics 365 ERM mobile application.
1) Data We Collect
Depending on how you use the app, we may collect and process the following categories:
Account and login data:
Personnel number.
Password entered by the user at login.
User and employment profile data:
Name, work email, employee number, and internal employee identifiers.
Position, department, and manager data.
Identification data (ID type and ID number), when available in the employer system.
Profile image, if available from backend systems.
Attendance and location data:
Precise GPS location when performing check-in/check-out.
Attendance action type (check-in or check-out) and timestamps.
Operational request data:
Request fields entered by the user (for example notes, dates, request types, and administrative form data).
Request status and request history.
Attachment data:
Files uploaded by the user as part of requests.
Basic file metadata such as file name, type, and size.
Local device data:
App settings such as language and theme.
Locally saved session data when “Remember Me” is enabled.
Offline cache required for operation without internet, such as pending attendance logs until synchronization.
Technical data:
Technical network data required for operation and communication with servers.
Note: We do not sell personal data to any party.
2) Permissions Used
Depending on the features in use, the app may use:
INTERNET for backend communication and synchronization.
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION for attendance location validation.
This app does not use camera permission as a core requirement for its current functionality.
3) How We Use Data
We use data to:
Authenticate users and manage sessions.
Display employee and role-related data.
Execute attendance operations and validate geolocation.
Create, submit, and track requests.
Upload request-related attachments.
Support offline operation and synchronize when internet becomes available.
Improve app stability and operation.
4) Purpose and Legal Basis
Processing is carried out to provide the operational service required by organizations using the system, and to meet security, operational continuity, and compliance requirements, in line with employer policies and applicable laws.
5) Storage and Security
Some data is stored locally on the device to support offline use and synchronization.
Access tokens are used for secure communication with backend APIs.
We recommend always using HTTPS/TLS, and data is transmitted through secure channels in production operation.
No transmission or storage method is 100% secure; however, reasonable technical safeguards are applied.
6) Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
Data may be shared only when operationally necessary with:
Employer-approved systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dataverse).
Technical service providers required to operate the app and infrastructure.
Regulatory or legal authorities when legally required.
7) Retention
We retain data for the period necessary to fulfill operational purposes and legal obligations, in accordance with employer policies and system configuration.
Local data remains on the user device until: – User logout. – App data is cleared. – Or data is replaced during updates and synchronization.
8) Children
This app is intended for enterprise/business use and is not directed to children under 13.
9) Your Rights
Subject to applicable laws and employer policies, you may have rights to:
Request access to your data.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion or restriction of processing where applicable.
Request a copy of your data where applicable.

10) International Transfers
