This policy explains how data is collected, used, and protected when using the **Logic Tech – Store and Warehouse Management** mobile application.
## 1) Data We Collect
Depending on how the app is used, we may collect and process the following categories:
1. Account and login data:
– Personnel number or other login credentials entered by the user.
– Password entered during sign-in.
– Session data required to verify the user’s identity inside the app.
2. User and operational access data:
– User name and work-account-related data returned from backend systems.
– Company, group, or operational permission data linked to the user.
– Selected warehouse or active company data within the current session.
3. Product and inquiry data:
– Item numbers, barcodes, and search values entered manually or scanned by the user.
– Product, pricing, and inventory inquiry results for warehouses or related sites.
4. Operational request data:
– Store request data, general requests, or notes submitted for items.
– Requested quantities, notes, selected warehouse, request status, and request history.
5. Conversation and internal request data:
– Content of internal requests or messages sent to a section or employee.
– Related replies, statuses, and history.
6. Attachment and image data:
– Images or files selected by the user as attachments to requests or conversations.
– Basic file metadata such as file name, type, and size.
– File contents when uploaded to backend systems.
7. Local device data:
– App settings such as language, theme mode, and time-format preference.
– Recent barcode and item-number search history stored locally on the device.
– Temporary access tokens held in app memory during the session to improve backend connectivity.
8. Technical and operational data:
– Technical data required to communicate with backend services and operate the app.
– General technical error information needed to troubleshoot issues and improve stability.

2) Permissions and Sensitive Functions
Depending on the feature being used, the app may use or rely on:
CAMERA to scan barcodes and capture attachment images inside the app.
Network / internet access to communicate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related backend services.
User-selected media from the device gallery when the user chooses to attach an image.
The app does not currently collect geolocation data, access contacts, or record audio as part of its current functionality.
3) How We Use Data
We use data to:
Authenticate users, sign them in, and manage sessions.
Resolve the user’s permissions, company, group, and active warehouse context.
Search for products by barcode or item number.
Display product, pricing, and inventory data.
Create, submit, and track operational requests.
Create and reply to internal conversations and requests.
Upload images and attachments related to requests or conversations.
Store limited preferences and recent searches locally to improve user experience.
Secure backend communication and improve app stability.
4) Backend Systems and Services
The app integrates with enterprise backend services, including:
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Microsoft / Azure Active Directory authentication services when access tokens are required
Data required to operate the app may be processed through these systems according to the employer’s environment and integrations.
5) Storage and Security
Some data is stored locally on the device, such as language, theme, time-format settings, and recent search history.
Temporary access tokens are used inside the app for secure communication with backend APIs.
Operational data and attachments are transmitted to backend systems when related actions are performed.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; however, reasonable technical safeguards are applied to protect data.
6) Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
Data may be shared only when operationally necessary with:
Employer-approved systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Service providers and infrastructure providers needed to operate the app and its integrations.
Regulatory or legal authorities when legally required.
7) Retention
We retain data for the period required to fulfill operational purposes and legal obligations, in accordance with employer policies and backend system configuration.
Local data on the user device may remain until:
The app is removed or its data is cleared.
Settings are changed or replaced.
Recent-search history or temporary session data is overwritten during use.
8) Children
This app is intended for enterprise or business use and is not directed to children under 13.
9) Your Rights
Subject to applicable laws and employer policies, you may have rights to:
Request access to your data.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of data or restriction of processing where applicable.
Request a copy of data where applicable.
